our work that Continental Cars, L.L.C. Auto Body provides a Limited
Warranty on repairs performed by our shop.
This Limited Warranty is valid for as
long as you own the vehicle repaired.

WARRANTY
METAL WORK : Continental Cars, L.L.C. Auto Body provides a
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY to include welding and the application of
materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking,
flaking, pitting or deterioration. The Shop will repair any metal
work warranted hereby, when claim is made when present owner stated
herein owns the vehicle, unless used by or damaged resulting from
unreasonable use, maintenance or care of vehicle.
PAINTING : Continental Cars, L.L.C. Auto Body provides a
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on painting related priming and painting
work against solvent blistering, peeling hazing, and excessive loss of
pigmentation, excluding those effects which are caused by extreme
environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The
Shop will repair the specific section of sections of the vehicle
warranted herein unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable
use, maintenance or care of vehicle. Paint warranty is valid only
over original factory finish that are free of defects.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS : Continental Cars, L.L.C. Auto Body provides
a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs
pertaining directly to the original collision damage, including
suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies and
components. The Shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or
component warranted hereby when claims made within ONE (1) YEAR
of the effected date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged
resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of vehicle.
PARTS : Continental Cars, L.L.C. Auto Body provides a SIX (6)
MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY on new or used parts installed by the Shop.
The Shop will repair or replace any defective part when claim is made
within SIX (6) MONTHS of the effective date stated in the
warranty unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use,
maintenance or care of vehicle. It should be understood that some
suppliers and/or manufacturers give warranties on their parts that
exceed the warranty herein. In such cases, these warranties will
be fully honored and our assistance will be given in obtaining recovery.
